Reading-list information is used only to send the updates you requested. Contact information is used only to read and reply to your message. Quietly Overwhelmed does not sell reader information.

Resend processes subscription details and contact messages on behalf of Quietly Overwhelmed. Its systems deliver emails and maintain the reading-list audience.

Retention and your choices

You may unsubscribe from story updates at any time using the link in an email. You may also use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously submitted.

Security and limits

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Please do not submit highly sensitive medical, financial, or identifying information through the contact form.
